2008
CHMO consolidated all of the St. Louis service sites into one building on North Kingshighway. Today, this site is home to Genesis Shelter program, Transitional Living program, an array of supportive services for both residential and community you, and administrative offices.
2019
Following the transition to a new CEO and leadership team, CHMO developed a three-year strategic plan with the help of its Board of Directors, community members, staff, and the youth it serves. The plan focuses our work in four key priority areas: grow housing opportunities, expand employment and education, develop human capital and increase investments. The primary goal is always that youth will leave the CHMO campus to stable housing, ready to take on their adult lives and achieve their dreams. Going forward, this plan will allow an increased impact of our programs and ensure that youth live independent and productive lives.
