Accountant – Covenant House Missouri is searching for a full-time Accountant responsible for performing the day-to-day accounting duties, financial reporting, and cash management activities of Covenant House Missouri and contributing to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks for the organization in a manner which reflects the mission, philosophy and policies of Covenant House. This detail oriented person should have 2-5 years of experience in an accounting department and excellent MS Excel skills. Experience with Lawson is helpful but not required.
Facilities Manager – Covenant House Missouri is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to plan, organize, and direct maintenance and repair of CHMO property and vehicles. The Facilities Manager provides general maintenance duties as well as supervises a part-time maintenance worker and volunteer(s). A high school diploma or equivalent is required and HVAC or certification in a related area is desired. Must have at least 1 year supervisory experience and 3 years’ experience with building maintenance and operations, building codes, and related regulations.
Donor Relations Officer – Covenant House Missouri is seeking a Donor Relations Officer to execute advancement and stewardship activities which develop and deepen engagement with our donors and ensure their involvement with the organization in a manner which reflects the mission, philosophy and policies of Covenant House Missouri. This position plays a key role in fostering donor relationships and assisting with general fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience and must be able to work independently and successfully complete projects and resolve problems. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of creativity, attention to detail and superior service skills.
Clinical Care Coordinator – Covenant House Missouri is looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator to work Wednesday – Saturday providing direct supervision in a residential setting to Case Managers. The Clinical Care Coordinator will complete client assessments, facilitate groups, provide conflict resolution, and crisis intervention to youth living in the residential units at CHMO. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of case management, mental health disorders, substance abuse, trauma, Positive Youth Development, resiliency, conflict resolution, team building, and crisis intervention. The Clinical Care Coordinator must have supervisory experience and a MSW or MA in counseling; licensure preferred.
Case Manager – Covenant House Missouri is searching for part-time Case Managers, level I and level II, to provide goal-oriented support and individualized direct care and supervision to youth residing in the Residential Services Center. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field is required as well as 0-2 years’ experience for Case Manager I and at least 2 years’ experience for Case Manager II. Multiple positions are available. Position requires a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a Class E license.

Overnight Residential Advisor – Covenant House Missouri is searching for part-time and full-time Overnight Residential Advisors to provide individualized direct care and supervision to youth residing in the Residential Services program. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field is preferred or at least 2-4 years’ experience in a residential setting working with youth ages 16-21. Position requires a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a Class E license.
Medication Certification Trainer – Covenant House Missouri is searching for a MCCA Certified Nurse to provide Med Certification Training for our staff on a contract basis.
