Data Management Associate
We are currently looking for a full-time Data Management Associate to provide day-to-day data entry and site administration support for Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) and Donor Perfect database systems. This position is the site liaison with other Covenant Houses regarding program outcomes, regular, and special reporting. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred or at least 2-4 years’ experience in a residential setting working with youth ages 16-21.
We have developed an innovative Residential Services model that creates a collaborative team environment and approach for staff who care for the clients we serve. The model focuses on creating teams of Case Managers who receive coaching from seasoned Clinical Care Coordinators, career development opportunities, and specialized training focused on providing the best possible care for the client’s individual needs.
Covenant House Missouri is searching for part-time Case Managers, level I and level II, to provide goal-oriented support and individualized direct care and supervision to youth residing in the Residential Services Center. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field is required as well as 0-2 years’ experience for Case Manager I and at least 2 years’ experience for Case Manager II. Multiple positions are available. Position requires a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a Class E license.

Clinical Care Coordinator
We are looking for a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator to provide direct supervision in a residential setting to Case Managers. The Clinical Care Coordinator will lead and develop teams of case managers, complete client assessments, facilitate groups, provide conflict resolution, and crisis intervention to youth living in the residential units at CHMO. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of case management, mental health disorders, substance abuse, trauma, Positive Youth Development, resiliency, conflict resolution, team building, and crisis intervention.
Overnight Residential Advisor
We are searching for full-time Overnight Residential Advisors to provide individualized direct care and supervision to youth residing in the Residential Services program. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field is preferred or at least 2-4 years’ experience in a residential setting working with youth ages 16-21. Position requires ability to obtain a valid class E driver’s license as well as First Aide and CPR certifications.
Medication Certification Trainer
