Facilities Manager – Covenant House Missouri is seeking  a full-time Facilities Manager to plan, organize, and direct maintenance and repair of CHMO property and vehicles.  The Facilities Manager provides general maintenance duties as well as supervises a part-time maintenance worker and volunteer(s).  A high school diploma or equivalent is required and HVAC or certification in a related area is desired.  Must have at least 1 year supervisory experience and 3 years’ experience with building maintenance and operations, building codes, and related regulations.

Development Coordinator – Covenant House Missouri is searching for a full-time Development Coordinator to coordinate the volunteer and donations management functions for the organization, directly recruiting for and coordinating volunteers and interns as well as assisting in events and advancement efforts for the agency.  A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of directly related experience working with volunteers/interns and administrative duties in a non-profit organization is desired.  Previous experience working in human service agencies and/or with homeless population helpful.

Academic Advisor – Covenant House Missouri is searching for an Academic Advisor/Teacher. This person will be responsible for providing goal-oriented support and individualized direct instruction and supervision of all youth participating in the Big Picture school. This position is focused on achieving individualized goals for the persons served by assessment, planning, advocacy, and coordination in a manner which reflects the mission, philosophy and policies of Covenant House Missouri.

Candidates must a Bachelor’s degree in education and Missouri teacher certification. A minimum of two years teaching experience is required.

Clinical Care Coordinator – Covenant House Missouri is looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator to work Wednesday – Saturday providing direct supervision in a residential setting to Case Managers.  The Clinical Care Coordinator will complete client assessments, facilitate groups, provide conflict resolution, and crisis intervention to youth living in the residential units at CHMO. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of case management, mental health disorders, substance abuse, trauma, Positive Youth Development, resiliency, conflict resolution, team building, and crisis intervention.  The Clinical Care Coordinator must have supervisory experience and a MSW or MA in counseling; licensure preferred.

Case Manager  – Covenant House Missouri is searching for part-time Case Managers, level I and level II, to provide goal-oriented support and individualized direct care and supervision to youth residing in the Residential Services Center.  A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field is required as well as 0-2 years’ experience for Case Manager I and at least 2 years’ experience for Case Manager II. Multiple positions are available.
