Case Manager

Covenant House Missouri is searching for part-time aand PRN Case Managers, level I and level II, to provide goal-oriented support and individualized direct care and supervision to youth residing in the Residential Services Center.  Knowledge of and/or experience utiliaing Trauma Informed practices, Positive Youth Development, and Motivational Interviewing is desired. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field is required as well as 0-2 years’ experience for Case Manager I and at least 2 years’ experience for Case Manager II. Multiple positions are available. Position requires a Class E license.

  • Evening shift (2p – 12a)
  • Day shift (7a – 5p)

Clinical Care Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator to provide direct supervision in a residential setting to Case Managers. The Clinical Care Coordinator will lead and develop teams of case managers, complete client assessments, facilitate groups, provide conflict resolution, and crisis intervention to youth living in the residential units at CHMO. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of case management, mental health disorders, substance abuse, trauma, Positive Youth Development, resiliency, conflict resolution, team building, and crisis intervention.
